ExploreSushi.com was founded in 2006 by Carl Rosa. For the past 17 years, he has been a sushi instructor in Texas, Colorado and Atlanta while working as a tour guide to Japan. The founding concept was simple; provide straight-forward, comprehensive sushi instruction, at your home or business, teaching the tricks and techniques of American sushi bars at a phenomenal value.
