A few times a year, we work directly with the amazing folks of Kitchen Underground - a magnificent, customized kitchen which allows us to create fantastic sushi 101 and 201 classes for those interested in mastering the basics with advanced options.  Due to our schedule, we are only able to host these amazing classes approximately three times per year...and we love it.

Our Kitchen Underground classes are approximately two hours long and are usually scheduled in the evening hours, on the weekends.
